Mr. Salerno has over two decades of experience in financial management. He began his career with Tarmac America where he worked as a controller and later promoted to Vice President of Finance. In that role Mr. Salerno was responsible for all aspects of the financial management of the $500 million dollar a year entity. In more recent years Mr. Salerno has worked closely with several private equity firms serving a key role as CFO in several of their investments. He has added value by re-engineering and automating the business systems and internal controls of the companies he has been involved with. The most recent being Quantum Fine Casework, a $60 million dollar a year custom retail interior manufacturer which was successfully sold for a substantial return in 2010.
